RETURNS

You can begin a return request here through our website or elsewhere with the carrier of your preference. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and other monetary costs associated with the shipment. Refunds are processed to the payment method on file used to place the order minus shipping and handling fees. Please note that the method for refunds cannot be changed.

Once we have received the returned package, we will initiate a refund following a review of the package and contents. This process typically takes 1-3 business days. A refund confirmation will be delivered to the email address provided to us with your order.
